Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This policy covers the CaseLander website (caselander.com), operated by CaseLander, Chicago, IL. It describes what we collect from visitors to this site and how we use it. If your law firm uses the CaseLander intake product, data handling for intake conversations is governed by the written data-handling and retention terms in your agreement, not this page.

What we collect

If you submit the question form or book a demo, we collect what you provide: your name, firm name, email address, and your message. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations.

This site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and to schedule and follow up on demos. Form submissions are delivered to us by email (via Resend, our email provider). If we begin working together, your information may be added to our customer records.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site and respond to you — hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and our email and scheduling tools (Google Workspace) — each of which processes it on our behalf.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry emails as ordinary business correspondence. You can ask us at any time to delete your inquiry data or to stop contacting you — email info@caselander.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
